Notary Fees (H3)

Family Tax and Financial Services provide travel and mobile notaries that can oversee any document signing and provide trustworthy service when you need it most. We openly disclose our fees as outlined and allowed by state law. Our fees include:

  • Acknowledgments $10 per signature
  • Verification Upon Oath or Affirmation $10 per signature, including oath or affirmation;
  • Oaths or Affirmation $10 per individual talking oath or affirmation
  • Signature Witnessing's $10 per signature
  • Certified Copies $10 per certificate;
  • Fees listed above are negotiable.


A signing agent may charge a reasonable fee for traveling to perform a notarial act. The travel fee may not exceed the federal travel fees established by the United States General Service Administration. Maximum fees as specified in Indian Code Section 22. IC 33-42-14-1.
